- South Lebanon: Israeli Drone Strike in Hula Kills One, Injures Two
An Israeli drone targeted a motorcycle between the towns of Hula and Mays al-Jabal, killing its driver on Saturday morning. Al-Hadath media channel reported that a Hezbollah member was killed and two others were wounded in the drone strike.
A precarious calm prevailed in the South in the afternoon. Meanwhile, another Israeli drone targeted a car near Khirbet Silm, without causing any injuries.
Artillery shelling was reported between Dhayra and Alma al-Shaab in the western sector amid funeral ceremonies as the army and ambulance teams worked to evacuate those present. No casualties were reported.
Israeli artillery shelling also targeted the towns of Odaisseh and Rab Thalatheen, and a drone strike targeted a house and shop in the town of Hula with three missiles.
On the other hand, Hezbollah announced that they had targeted Israeli "equipment at the Maskfam site" as well as "a Merkava tank and a Namira vehicle at the Roueissat al-Alam site," claiming to have destroyed the latter.
