Early Morning Israeli Raid in South Lebanon: Three Hezb Fighters Killed
Three Hezbollah fighters were killed in an early morning Israeli raid on the Naqoura highway on Saturday.

The three were in a car that was targeted by a drone. Until 9 a.m., Hezbollah had not yet commented on the Naqoura raid, while the Israeli media indicated that the attack had targeted a “Hezbollah official.” Hezbollah did, however, announce the death of one of three of its fighters, Mohammad Ali Ghabris, Moustapha Hussein Salmane et Ali Abdel Nabi Qassem, killed the previous day in Ramia.

It was not until mid-day that Hezb announced the deaths of Abbas Ahmad Khalil, Farouk Mohammed Harb and Hussein Badaoui.

Shortly after, the Israeli army's Arabic-speaking spokesman, Avichaï Adraee, announced on his X account that the raid had targeted "fighters from the Imam Hussein battalion who had launched rockets against Israeli territories".

Israeli fighter jets also raided a Hezbollah "terrorist infrastructure" in Labbouneh, and overnight targeted two military buildings belonging to the pro-Iranian group in Blida.

The raid on Naqoura followed a night marked by intermittent bombardments on both sides of the border. In a statement issued at 9 a.m. on Saturday morning, the Hezb announced that it had “launched an air raid against the headquarters of a new Israeli military command in Limane, attacked by a drone that hit its target with precision.”
