South Lebanon: Violence Resumes After a Precarious Calm
The exchange of fire between Hezbollah and Israel resumed on Friday afternoon following a precarious calm in the morning.

Israeli raids targeted Aita al-Shaab, Marwahin and the outskirts of Jabal Blat on the Chihine and Ramya sides, as well as Hula and Wazzani in the Marjayoun caza.

Hezbollah announced that it had shot down an Israeli drone in Wadi el-Aziyeh on Thursday night.

It also claimed responsibility for attacking a gathering of Israeli soldiers in the vicinity of the Ramim barracks, as well as Baghdadi's position, on Friday afternoon.

Earlier in the morning, alarm sirens sounded in Metula, Ghajar and the Shebaa farms on the Lebanese-Israeli border.
