Latest Developments in the South: No Lull in Confrontations
Cross-border military operations continued without respite between Hezbollah and Israel on the southern Lebanese front overnight Sunday to Monday, with attacks hitting targets deeper inside Lebanese territory.

In the latest field developments, Israeli airstrikes targeted Hamames Hill in Sarda and the Marjayoun Plain.

On the other hand, Hezbollah announced that it targeted "a gathering of Israeli soldiers near the Mitat barracks with missiles, scoring direct hits."

Israeli reconnaissance aircraft continued to fly overnight above the villages adjacent to the Blue Line in the western and central sectors. At the same time, flare bombs were dropped over the villages of Tyre and Bint Jbeil districts.

According to the National News Agency, Israeli warplanes carried out several raids, at two intervals, on the outskirts of the town of Siddiqin on Sunday evening, attacking targets deeper inside Lebanese territory and further away from the border.

The Israeli Army said its artillery bombarded the outskirts of the towns of Naqoura, Yarine, Al-Jebin, and Al-Dhahira with heavy shells, targeting Hezbollah infrastructure.
