Southern Front: Tensions on the Rise, Israel Hit a Civilian Car
The Israeli army opened heavy machine gun fire on Friday morning, targeting the outskirts of the town of al-Bustan from its positions adjacent to Aita al-Shaab.

Also, at around 10:30 this morning, an Israeli strike hit the outskirts of the town of Yaroun, while shelling targeted the outskirts of Tayr Harfa, Jebin and Imtut.

In the afternoon, Israeli warplanes also raided the road leading to Aitaroun, hitting a civilian car with a guided missile that set it ablaze. They later flew at very low altitudes over several areas including Marjayoun, breaking the sound barrier and sending panic waves across the population.

The warplanes also released thermal balloons to disrupt ground defenses. Airstrikes were recorded on Hamoul in Naqoura and the vicinity of Ain al-Zarqa.

Hezbollah announced that it targeted “a crane carrying espionage equipment in the Doviv settlement, the Marj site and the Yaroun hill site twice, all with direct hits and suitable weaponry.”

Alarm sirens sounded in Kfar Blum in the Upper Galilee after a barrage of rockets was launched from South Lebanon.
