Hezbollah considers that the “Flood of Al-Aqsa” operation launched by Hamas against Israel is a message for the United States and Israel, and the shelling of Israeli territory from Kfarchouba and Shebaa on Sunday morning by its fighters is another message targeting Tel Aviv this time.

“The ‘Flood of Al-Aqsa’ operation is the result of your contempt,” said Safieddine demagogically, addressing Washington and Tel Aviv at a rally in solidarity with Hamas in front of the al-Kaem mosque in the southern suburbs of Beirut.

He added that his party “is not neutral” in the war taking place in Gaza. “This morning, we sent a message to the Israelis in Kfarchouba, to tell them that it is our right to target the enemy that continues to occupy our land,” he said, obviously without worrying about whether his adventures were in the interests of Lebanon or not.
