Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu reacted to Hezbollah Secretary General Hassan Nasrallah’s speech on Saturday.
“When necessary, Israel will stand shoulder to shoulder to rebuff any threats. Nasrallah knows full well that it is pointless for him and for Lebanon to put us to the test,” Netanyahu declared.
Yesterday, the leader of the pro-Iranian party had warned Israel of taking “a foolish step” that could ignite clashes along the border. Following Nasrallah’s speech, Netanyahu stated he would hold talks with senior Israeli Army officers and Security Minister Yoav Gallant to address these threats.
