Another Israeli attack on a UN school housing hundreds of displaced Palestinians in the camp of Nuseirat, killed and wounded scores of people earlier Sunday, marking the latest deadly assault on Gaza’s civilians, according to reports carried by Doha-based Al Jazeera.

Footage from the Abu Oraiban school shows injured children lying on the ground with body parts scattered about. At least 15 people were killed and 80 wounded in the Nuseirat refugee camp in central Gaza, medical sources told Al Jazeera.

On Saturday, Israel’s air force attacked the “humanitarian” zone in southern Gaza, killing at least 90 displaced people and wounding 300 others.

On the Israeli side, the army reported that it struck a number of Hamas operatives who were gathered on the grounds of a UNRWA-affiliated school in Nuseirat, central Gaza. According to the military, the strike was based on intelligence from the Military Intelligence Directorate, Shin Bet, and Southern Command. The Israeli army stated that Hamas was using the building as a hiding place and a location from which to plan attacks against Israeli troops operating in Gaza.
