Hamas has released a video showing women held hostage in Gaza since the October 7 Hamas attack, demanding the Israeli government to end the war and return them to their homes.

The hostages were identified as Doron Steinbrecher and Israeli soldiers Daniella Gilboa and Karina Ariav, both aged 19. The women said they had been detained for 107 days, suggesting the video may have been filmed on Sunday.

Their comments were broadly critical of Israel’s failure to rescue them, while all three referred to being under fire or bombardment.

The release of the video came shortly after a ruling by the UN’s top court that Israel should do everything possible to prevent any acts of genocide in Gaza.

The captives emphasized that the continuation of the Israeli assault jeopardizes their lives, confirming that the Israeli Army has killed captives who were with them.

The International Court of Justice also called for the “immediate and unconditional release” of hostages who were abducted during the October 7 assault.
