More than 30 rockets were launched on Monday morning from southern Lebanon towards the Galilee panhandle and Upper Galilee.

Additionally, the outskirts of the towns of Alma al-Shaab and Naqoura were subjected to intermittent artillery shelling at dawn, coinciding with the firing of flares above the villages of the western and central sectors, reaching the outskirts of the towns of Zebqine, Yatar and Kafra.

Israeli warplanes raided the towns of Tayr Harfa, Marwahin, Naqoura and Jabal Blat shortly before midnight, causing significant damage to property, crops, infrastructure and homes.

At midnight, a raid was launched on the town of Aita al-Shaab in the central sector, which was more intense than others, as its sound was heard throughout the South, resulting in significant damage to property and crops.

Israeli reconnaissance aircraft continued to fly over villages adjacent to the Blue Line in the South. Israel also fired heavy machine gun fire towards fishing boats in the port of Naqoura.

Meanwhile, the United Nations Interim Forces in South Lebanon (UNIFIL) expressed deep concern on Sunday at the sharp increase in escalation on both sides of the Blue Line between Israel and Hezbollah.
