The exchange of fire continued between Israel and Hezbollah on Sunday until late afternoon, following a day marked by intense Israeli airstrikes.

Ali Mohammad Faqih, a man from Nasriyeh, was killed in an Israeli raid on the village of Odaisseh. Israeli military planes targeted a house on the outskirts of the village of Aita al-Shaab without any reported casualties. Additionally, the outskirts of Tayr Harfa were subjected to intense artillery fire.

Israeli Defense Forces spokesperson Avichay Adraee stated on his X account that the Israeli military targeted a workshop containing Hezbollah combat equipment in Baalbeck, as well as platforms used by the Shiite party to launch missiles.

He added that Israeli planes attacked a combat equipment workshop in Baalbeck overnight. Furthermore, according to Adraee, around fifty rocket shells were recently monitored from Lebanon towards Israeli territory, several of which were intercepted while others fell in open areas. In a swift response to these firings, Israeli aircraft attacked the aforementioned platforms.

Meanwhile, Israeli military aircraft continue to fly over al-Zahrani and Iqlim al-Touffah for the second consecutive day without interruption.

On the other hand, Hezbollah announced that it targeted a site in Jal al-Alam as well as Israeli espionage equipment at the al-Raheb site.
