Ongoing clashes persisted in southern Lebanon between Hezbollah and the Israeli Army on Saturday morning.

The intense night resulted in the deaths of two Amal fighters, Ali Khalil Mohammad and Mustafa Abbas Daher, from the town of Blida, according to a statement released by the Amal movement.

In retaliation, Hezbollah fired a rocket from southern Lebanon towards the vicinity of Arab al-Aramsheh in western Galilee.

The Israeli Army has reportedly fired heavy artillery shells on the Dahr area near the outskirts of Rashaya al-Foukhar, as well as the outskirts of Naqoura, Yaroun, Jebbayn, Dhayra, Aita al-Shaab, Chihine, and Wadi Hamoul in the western sector. The shelling also targeted the outskirts of Aita al-Shaab in the central sector.

At dawn, the sound of an interception rocket echoed over Tyre and the coastal region. Israel fired heavy machine guns from positions adjacent to Jabal al-Labbouneh towards the outskirts of Naqoura.

Israel also launched illuminating bombs over the border villages adjacent to the Blue Line in both the western and central sectors, targeting agricultural lands, civilian vehicles, as well as ambulances, media personnel, and journalists.
