The Lebanese Army, under the Central Command, successfully carried out raids in various regions on Wednesday, resulting in the arrest of several wanted individuals and the confiscation of illegal items.

In the town of Abu Samra in Tripoli, suspects linked to the murder of their cousin were apprehended, revealing a military-grade weapon, a pistol and drugs. Operations in Ammar al-Bikat in Akkar and Nahr al-Bared camp resulted in arrests related to firearm discharge.

In al-Khudr in the Beqaa, a civilian involved in forming a drug trafficking gang in Beirut was arrested, as was another civilian in Laylaki for crimes related to a drug trafficking network and stolen car transactions, accompanied by a significant drug seizure.

In al-Shawarna in Baalbek, a wanted individual engaged in gunfire with the army, sustaining injuries.

Simultaneously, an intelligence patrol in al-Khudr in the Beqaa arrested a citizen trafficking stolen motorcycles, seizing weapons, ammunition and stolen motorcycles. All confiscated items were surrendered, and investigations are ongoing under judicial supervision.
