While the holiday season continues to cast its shadow over the country, there is no calm on the southern front as harsh Israeli bombardment persists.

The Israeli army announced that they targeted infrastructure and military sites belonging to Hezbollah in southern Lebanon. Additionally, they launched flare bombs over the villages of the western and middle sectors. An Israeli reconnaissance aircraft also flew in the airspace of the Tyre district and the coastal area.

For the second time in a month, Israel targeted an uninhabited house in Tayr Harfa. Israeli airstrikes also targeted Mount Blat between the towns of Ramya and Marwahin as well as al-Kharayeb and the outskirts of Rachaya al-Foukhar.

Hezbollah announced that it targeted Kiryat Shmona with 30 Katyusha rockets in response to the targeting of Lebanese civilians in Bint Jbeil. This resulted in a gas leak in the settlement of Kiryat Shmona, according to Israeli media.

Hezbollah also targeted Israeli sites including the Haddab al-Bustan site and several Israeli artillery positions in the hills of Kfarchouba. Additionally, according to Israeli media, rockets were launched from Lebanon towards an Israeli army site in Arab al-Aramshe in the western Galilee.

The Israeli Broadcasting Corporation also reported that Hezbollah launched missiles at Ras al-Naqoura while the Israeli Minister of Foreign Affairs and several ambassadors were present in the North.
