Several people were injured in strikes on Yarine and Mansouri.
Once again, the Hebrew state issued threats against Hezbollah on Friday. Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Gallant asserted that “if the world won’t move Hezbollah away from the (Israeli) border,” the Hebrew state “will do it itself.” “On our borders, we need political action in addition to military action,” he continued, noting that Israel is ready to “engage in political dialogue concerning the border with Lebanon and to take military action.”
On the ground, exchange of artillery fire between the pro-Iranian militia and the Hebrew state continued throughout the day.
Several people were injured in an Israeli air raid on state-owned land in Mansouri. In Yarine, missiles dropped on a house by a drone injured others, who were taken to a hospital in Tyre for treatment.
Israeli bombardments also targeted Wadi Katmoun, near Rmeish, the Hula perimeter, Majdal Zoun, Labbouneh, Dhayra, Alma al-Shaab, Kfar Kila, Tayr Harfa, Yarine, Mohaybib, as well as the al-Awida and Hamames hills and the Katmoun valley. Also in Hula, a shell fell on a house but did not explode. Phosphorus bombs were also dropped on Labbouneh.
Earlier in the morning, the Israeli army had dropped incendiary bombs on the heights of Naqoura and Alma al-Shaab, causing fires.
Hezbollah announced on Friday that it had targeted a gathering of Israeli soldiers in Horch Toula, an infantry unit east of the Hanita position, an Israeli unit entering the Mitat barracks overlooking the village of Rmeish, as well as the Bayad Blida position, the Ramim barracks, and the Raheb and Jardah positions with Burkan missiles.
The pro-Iranian militia also announced the death of one of its fighters from Mays al-Jabal.
Israeli Leaflets
On Friday, the Kfarchouba municipal council declared that the leaflets dropped in the morning by an Israeli drone over the village of Kfarchouba, caza of Hasbaya, were “an excuse to justify the next strikes that the Israeli army intends to carry out against civilians.” In a statement, he said that the area was “free of weapons and combatants,” the only armed elements being Lebanese and UNIFIL soldiers.
In these leaflets, the Israeli army had warned the population against “the behavior of Hezbollah, which infiltrates their neighborhoods and residential areas to launch attacks against the State of Israel, endangering the security of the population.”
