The security situation remains tense in southern Lebanon. On Sunday afternoon, the Israeli army bombarded the vicinity of Jal Al-Alam, located between the towns of Alma al-Shaab and Naqoura, as well as the surroundings of Aita al-Shaab .

Hezbollah reported targeting a military vehicle in Bayad Blida with guided missiles, resulting in casualties among the vehicle’s crew. Hezbollah’s media also reported launching guided missiles at the Avivim and Jal Al-Deir barracks, damaging some of their technical and technological equipment.

Israeli media sources have also noted injuries following a Hezbollah attack with guided missiles on a vehicle in the Yiftah settlement.

Hezbollah further announced on Sunday that it had launched guided missiles at the Meskav barracks, destroying part of its technical and technological equipment. The party also targeted the Ad-Duheira site with shells and missiles.

Hezbollah Shoots Down an Israeli Drone

In the morning, Hezbollah announced that it had shot down an Israeli drone in the Nabatiyeh region using a surface-to-air missile.

Large parts of the drone fell in the Zibdin and Harouf neighborhoods. Before being shot down, the drone flew alongside another drone over the regions of Nabatiyeh, Harouf, Zibdin, Jibchit, Dweir, Achouriya, and Toul. The second drone flew for a few minutes after the first one fell before retreating from the area.

The Israeli army, on the other hand, stated that following an alert in the Metat colony in Upper Galilee, an Israeli fighter jet intercepted a target attempting to cross from Lebanon into Israel.

Sky News Arabia reported that the Israeli army had bombarded the surroundings of the villages of Alma al-Shaab, Marwahin, Ad-Dahirya, Naqoura, Labouna and Tiblissine.

The Israeli army attacked again areas in southern Lebanon on Sunday morning, bombing several border towns such as Alma al-Shaab, Naqoura and Labouna.

Reports also indicated that the Israeli army’s artillery targeted the vicinity of the locality of Tarbikha with eleven shells, as well as the town of Ramyah with three shells.

An Israeli army spokesperson stated, “We targeted two groups attempting to launch rockets from Lebanon,” adding that “the army destroyed a Hezbollah observation post.”

It is worth noting that Hezbollah announced the deaths of two fighters, bringing the total number of casualties in the group to 60 in southern Lebanon.

The Israeli Forces Fired on Two Ambulances

Additionally, Israeli forces targeted two ambulances belonging to the Al-Rissala scouts (associated with the Amal movement) in Wadi al-Dabaa, west of Tayr Harfa, injuring four first responders.
