Acts of vandalism were carried out on Thursday morning against two banks in the Sin el Fil area not far from Beirut. Individuals broke the glass facades of Bank Audi and the Bank of Beirut and set tires on fire near their entrances.
The army was deployed to the scene as protesters attempted to block the roads.
