For the first time in her career, and after having performed on the most prestigious stages in the world, the Lebanese artist Hiba Tawaji will headline on February 12 at Cadogan Hall in London and on May 29 at the Olympia in Paris, not to mention the European tour of the musical Notre Dame de Paris. A look back at the remarkable career of Hiba Tawaji.

Considered one of the greatest voices of her generation, a “star” in her home country and also well known in Arab countries, it is in France that Hiba Tawaji decides to pursue her career and open up to other opportunities.

From The Voice to Notre-Dame de Paris

It was on the screens of French TV channels that she appeared in 2015 with her participation in season 4 of The Voice: la Plus Belle Voix on TF1. She caught attention with her performance of the song La Bidayi Wala Nihayi, a song in Arabic set to the music of the famous French song Les Moulins de mon cœur by Michel Legrand, which won unanimous approval from the jury. She can also be heard in the French version of Disney’s Aladdin (2019), both speaking and singing the role of Jasmine, played by Naomi Scott. Not to mention the various TV shows and concerts in France in which she participates as a guest, notably at the Cité de la Musique, on Taratata on France 2 with Ibrahim Maalouf, or La Boîte à secrets on France 3.
