On the fourth consecutive day of Iranian attacks across the Gulf, multiple countries have been targeted with missiles and drones, prompting evacuations, air defence responses, and widespread concern for civilian safety.

"The enemy must await continuous punitive attacks; the gates of hell will open more and more, moment by moment, upon the United States and Israel," the Iranian Guards spokesman Ali Mohammad Naini told state TV on Tuesday.

Qatar

Qatar reported on Tuesday that its military successfully thwarted attempts to attack Hamad International Airport, with all incoming missiles intercepted and none reaching the airport, according to a foreign ministry spokesman. Qatar’s foreign ministry also reported that it has not been in contact with Iran since the start of the strikes.

In addition, QatarEnergy halted production of liquefied natural gas (LNG) and downstream products including urea, polymers, methanol, and aluminum following attacks on two gas processing plants.

Iran’s army stated that its drones targeted U.S. military bases in Qatar, including Al-Udeid Air Base, as part of its retaliation campaign. Explosions were reported in Doha on Tuesday as air raid sirens sounded.

Saudi Arabia

Saudi Arabia condemned an overnight Iranian drone attack on the U.S. embassy in Riyadh, describing it as “cowardly and unjustified.” The strike caused a small fire.

The Saudi defence ministry confirmed on Tuesday it intercepted eight drones near Riyadh and Al-Kharj, emphasizing ongoing efforts to protect civilians and infrastructure.

Oman and UAE

Iranian drones struck a fuel tank in Oman, while the UAE reported attacks on an oil storage zone.

These strikes form part of Tehran’s campaign against Gulf energy infrastructure, which has led to disruptions in production and rising energy prices in Europe.

Kuwait

The U.S. embassy in Kuwait on Tuesday was closed until further notice due to ongoing regional tensions. AFP correspondents reported smoke rising from the mission following Iranian attacks on the country. All consular appointments, both regular and emergency, were canceled as a precaution.

Bahrain

AFP journalists in Manama on reported multiple explosions and air raid sirens on Tuesday.
