The route starts from the Fouad Chehab Complex (Jounieh), heads toward Maameltein, turns back toward the coast until before the “Falcons” barracks in Dbayeh, then returns on the same asphalt ribbon to the finish at the stadium.
The course was fully secured from 6:30 to 10:00 AM, thanks to the municipality of Jounieh, the security forces, the municipal police and the Lebanese Red Cross.

In the stands and at the finish line were FLAA President Roland Saadé, Vice-President Neematallah Bajjani, Secretary-General Dr. Wassim El-Houli and Treasurer Simon Batani.

Numbers and Clubs

260 runners at the start, 14 clubs taking part, a fast course exposed to the sea breeze on the way back. Inter Lebanon piled up podium finishes (men’s victory, multiple women’s podiums), the Army showed impressive depth among the men, and Blue Stars took the women’s gold thanks to Karine Shraim.

“Smooth organization, optimal security, great sporting density: the road half-classic lived up to its status,” said Roland Saadé, who thanked the municipality of Jounieh, law enforcement, the municipal police, the management of the Fouad Chehab Stadium and the Red Cross for their support on the ground.

The Award Ceremony and the Final Ribbon

Under the stadium canopy, trophies and medals rewarded the winners of each category.

Next road event: the same rigor, the same ambitions — and for many, one clear goal: to improve their 21.1 km time or to attempt the leap toward the full marathon.
