The Ministries of Interior and Foreign Affairs announced in a joint press release on Tuesday that registration for expatriates at Lebanese embassies abroad will open on October 2, ahead of the May 2026 parliamentary elections.
The statement added that the process will close on November 20, noting that the timeframe was set “in line with legal deadlines” under the electoral law.
