The youngest son of late French cinema icon Alain Delon is challenging his father’s final will in court, reigniting a long-running family feud just over a year after the actor’s death. Alain-Fabien Delon has filed a legal request to annul the will, which he claims unfairly favors his sister, Anouchka Delon, the executor of the estate confirmed.

The youngest son of the legendary French actor Alain Delon is seeking to annul his final will, in a renewal of a bitter family dispute just over a year after the screen icon's death, the executor said.

Alain-Fabien Delon is going to court in a bid to cancel the will, with a first hearing in March 2026, deeming it too favorable to Alain Delon's only daughter and youngest child Anouchka Delon, said lawyer Christophe Ayela, one of the three executors of the will.
