The Lebanese driver overcame a mechanical failure in Race 1 to claim another trophy in Race 2. That’s four podiums in as many rounds for the most consistent rookie in the paddock.

The Will to Win Gripped Tight on the Wheel
At Snetterton, Stephanie Hobeika proved she's not only fast, but also mentally tough. After a cruel setback in the first race, forced to retire due to a technical issue on the final lap while battling for a podium finish, the Lebanese driver came back swinging in Race 2.

The result: a third-place finish in Class C, her fourth podium of the season in the Radical Club Challenge.

And yet, it all started in tricky conditions. On a soaked track during qualifying, Hobeika clocked the fourth-fastest time in her class, in a session where just staying on track was a feat. She positioned herself well for both weekend races.

A Tough Blow to Start

In the first race, under dry conditions, she got off to a strong start and immediately joined the battle for the podium. But just as she was closing in on her direct rivals, an incident ahead disrupted the pack. She avoided the chaos but lost places in the shuffle. True to her style, she responded with flair, setting her personal best laps, until a mechanical failure dashed her hopes just one lap from the finish. Heartbreaking.

But Stephanie’s got grit. By Sunday, she was ready to fight again. Once more starting fourth on the grid thanks to her qualifying pace, she launched off the line and grabbed third place. Ahead of her, Aaron Rose was handed a 10-second penalty for a jump start. Behind her, the battle between Lear and Sudera worked in her favor. She pulled away, managed the pressure, and ultimately secured her spot on the podium.

A Champion’s Response

“I really wanted to end the weekend on a high note after Saturday’s frustration. The team did a great job, and I’m happy to bring another trophy home to Lebanon,” said the DW Racing driver after the race.

With this latest result, Hobeika maintains a perfect podium streak in what is her rookie season of circuit racing. After Brands Hatch, Silverstone, and now Snetterton, the Lebanese driver is emerging as one of the championship’s breakout stars.

And she’s not done yet: just a few weeks ago, she took part in an official British F4 test with the Hitech GP team, completing 66 laps, a first step into the world of single-seaters that speaks volumes about her ambitions.

Next Stop: Brands Hatch

Next up for Hobeika: the legendary Grand Prix layout of Brands Hatch, on July 12–13. Another chance to shine… and climb even higher.
