Three Emirati planes will land on Wednesday at Beirut International Airport, marking the official resumption of air links between the United Arab Emirates and Lebanon, following the lifting of the travel ban on Emirati citizens. This decision, announced by President Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, will take effect on May 7, following Lebanese President Joseph Aoun’s visit to Abu Dhabi.

Minister of Information Paul Morcos will attend the landing of the inaugural flight, scheduled for 2:30 PM, highlighting the symbolic significance of this renewed air connection and the warming of bilateral relations.
