Foreign Minister Rajji, in turn, affirmed the Lebanese government’s “full commitment to implementing the necessary economic, financial, and administrative reforms."

According to a statement from Dar al-Fatwa, Bukhari stressed that Saudi Arabia remains committed to Lebanon’s safety, stability, and unity, underscoring the importance of adherence to the Taif Accord as a foundation for national cohesion.

“Lebanon’s strength lies in its unity and its cooperation with its Arab brothers and international allies,” the ambassador affirmed.

For his part, Mufti Derian described Lebanon as entering a “new phase of constructive internal and external engagement” following the election of a president and the formation of a new government.
