Al-Ansar secures a ninth consecutive victory and strengthens its status as the leader of the Lebanese Premier League. Behind them, Safa remains in pursuit after an offensive showcase, while Nejmeh finally regains its smile. A look back at an eventful matchday where the favorites delivered.  

Al-Ansar continues its impressive run! Still unbeaten, the Greens claim their ninth consecutive win by defeating Tadamon Tyr (3-1) and solidify their position at the top. Behind them, Safa stays relentless, putting on an attacking spectacle against Shabab Ghazieh (4-0). Nejmeh, struggling in recent weeks, finally breathes a sigh of relief with a victory over Riyadi Abbassiyé (1-0). Meanwhile, La Sagesse dazzles against Shabab Baalbeck, while Al-Ahed and Shabab al-Sahel secure dominant wins.  

Al-Ansar: The Unstoppable Machine  

Unyielding, unshakable, untouchable! Al-Ansar continues to dominate the league with another victory against Tadamon Tyr (3-1). Rafic Madini opened the scoring with an unstoppable header (24’), before the inevitable Hassan Maatouk (50’) and the lively Mohammad Al-Masri (60’) sealed the deal. Hassan Bazzi’s goal (72’) for Tadamon was nothing more than a consolation. With 27 points in nine matches, Al-Ansar is running at full speed and looks unstoppable.  

Safa in Top Form, Nejmeh Finds Clarity  

Safa sent a strong message! A five-star performance and an attacking festival against Shabab Ghazieh (4-0). Ali Kassas ignited the match (44’), followed by goals from Jérome Etemé (45+2’), Rodney Michael (54’), and Islam Batran (64’), turning the game into a walk in the park. With 25 points, Safa remains in close pursuit of the leader and continues to dream of the title.  

Nejmeh, meanwhile, finally breathes! After several missteps, the Garnet team secured a hard-fought win against Riyadi Abbassiyé (1-0). A moment of brilliance from Rabih Ataya (42’) was enough to bring home three valuable points and get the team back on track. With 14 points, Nejmeh climbs back up the standings.  

La Sagesse, Al-Ahed, and Shabab al-Sahel Make a Statement  

The Greens of La Sagesse put on a show in Bhamdoun, crushing Shabab Baalbeck (3-0). A quick goal from Daniel Abou Fakhr (7’), followed by a brace from Senegalese duo Pape Diagne (58’) and Leon Faye (64’), sealed a resounding victory. With 14 points, La Sagesse now finds itself in the upper half of the table.  

Al-Ahed, in bulldozer mode, dismantled Racing Beirut (4-0). An own goal by Moustafa Chamaa (12’), followed by strikes from Hassan Ezzeddine (55’), Zein Frangieh (63’), and Mahmoud Zbib (65’), completed a dominant black-and-yellow performance. With 22 points, Al-Ahed remains in the fight for the top.  

Shabab al-Sahel, on the other hand, left no chance for Al-Bourj (3-0). Hadi Dakour (25’), Samad Kadri (45+1’), and Saïd Saad (55’) secured an easy victory, plunging Al-Bourj further into crisis with just 3 points to their name.
