The Basketball Arbitral Tribunal (BAT) in Geneva rendered today its decision in favor of the Argentinian coach Nestor Rafael Garcia, represented by the international sports lawyer Ralph Charbel, in the case opposing the Argentinian coach to Al Ahli Club from Bahrain.
The BAT founded its decision on the factual and legal arguments submitted by the international sports lawyer Ralph Charbel.
According to the decision, Al Ahli Club has to pay Nestor Rafael Garcia his outstanding salaries in addition to default interests. The Bahraini Club also has to reimburse him for the legal expenses and arbitration costs in relation to the case.
This decision constitutes another remarkable international legal victory for Ralph Charbel.
