Selim Mouzannar, a name synonymous with artisanal mastery and innovation, has been shaping the world of fine jewelry with his intricate designs and deep-rooted heritage. Born into a family of jewelers dating back to the Ottoman Empire, he grew up in his father’s Beirut workshop, where his fascination with stones and craftsmanship flourished. His passion led him to study mineralogy before embarking on a journey as a stone hunter, sourcing the rarest and most exquisite gems.
In his Ashrafieh workshop, Mouzannar continuously experiments with new stones, cuts and materials, blending traditional savoir-faire with contemporary elegance. His signature technique, Falamenk — a meticulous combination of rose-cut diamonds in silver-bottomed bezel settings — reflects a heritage of excellence while embracing modernity.
