The FIFA Football Tribunal rendered its decision in favor of the Palestinian Football Player Zaher Samahe, represented by the International Sports Lawyer Ralph Charbel, in the case opposing him to Al-Qurdabiya Club from Libya.
The FIFA Football Tribunal decided that Al-Qurdabiya Club has to pay to the Player Zaher Samahe outstanding payments, reimbursement of expenses and default interests.
This decision constitutes another international legal victory for Ralph Charbel that will be added to his numerous achievements in the field of Sports Law.
