Israeli Alert: New Evacuation Orders for Over 20 Southern Lebanese Towns
Israel alert of new evacuation orders for more than 20 southern Lebanese towns and villages.

On Monday afternoon, Israel issued new evacuation orders for more than 20 towns and villages in southern Lebanon. 

Arabic-speaking Israeli spokesperson Avichay Adraee issued an urgent warning to residents of the following villages: Sarbin, Marouhin, Shayhin, Umm al-Tout, Umm Tuta, Bustan, al-Zaloutiya, Yarin, al-Dahriya, Matmourah, al-Jabbin, Tayr Harfa, Abu Shash, Alma al-Shaab, Naqoura, Ain Shama, Ras al-Bada, Majdal Zoun, al-Mansouri, al-Maqsaba, Mazraat Bayout al-Sayyad, al-Sammaiya, al-Rashidiya, Ain Bi'al, al-Bazouriya, and al-Haniyya.

“Hezbollah's activity compels the Defense Forces to act strongly against it. The Defense Forces do not want to harm you. For your safety, you must evacuate your homes immediately and move north of the Auja River,” the Army's statement read.

The statement emphasized that anyone near Hezbollah elements, facilities, or weapons “is putting their life at risk,” urging residents not to head south and warning that “any movement” could endanger their lives.

“We will inform you when it is time to return to your homes,” the statement concluded.
