Incessant Bombing on Southern Lebanon and in the Bekaa
In the latest field developments, the Israeli army bombed the southern front incessantly on Monday.

Field Developments

Israeli aircraft resumed their airstrikes on the villages of the Baalbeck district, targeting the town of Shaat and its surroundings with four airstrikes. Two strikes were carried out on the town of Taanayel Tahta, and the towns of Badnayel and Shamstar were shelled. The aggression also hit a fuel station and a nearby wood storage facility, located about 500 meters from the Adous Spring area. For the first time, one of the airstrikes targeted a hill along the Ainata-Cedars road, which connects the Bekaa Valley to the northern governorate.

Moreover, a new air raid targeted the town of Bdeyas, causing casualties. Renewed airstrikes were reported in the Bekaa. At noon today, an air raid targeted the vicinity of the mosque in the town of Yaroun, while the town of Maroun al-Ras was subjected to Israeli artillery shelling. Moreover, three drone strikes were carried out. The first targeted a motorcycle at the intersection of Khiam, resulting in the death of two Syrians. The second strike targeted an army center in Wazzani, injuring a soldier with shrapnel, who was then transferred to the hospital for treatment. The third strike targeted a motorcycle at the edge of the orchards of Sarda, injuring two Syrians.

Additionally, a shell fell near the water tank belonging to the village of Sarda in the Marjayoun district. Israeli warplanes bombed a house in the town of Umm al-Tout, near the Blue Line in the western sector, and targeted the plains of Marjayoun, sparking fires. Near the town of Jubayen, intermittent artillery shelling has been ongoing for more than two hours in the plains of Marjayoun and the village of Sarda.

At around 3:15 PM today, an Israeli drone carried out a raid with a guided missile, targeting a house near the cemetery in the town of al-Kfaar, with reports of injuries. At this time, Israeli warplanes are conducting airstrikes on the city of Hermel and its surroundings.

Hezbollah


For its part, Hezbollah claimed an attack targeting the Naqoura base with “a volley of Fadi-2 rockets” and the settlement of Gesher HaZiv.

Israeli media reported that 25 rockets targeted Nahariya in the latest strike, with one of the rockets falling in a residential neighborhood inside the city.

Casualties

The Lebanese Army Command announced in a statement that “one of the soldiers was martyred after an Israeli drone targeted a motorcycle while it was passing by the al-Omra checkpoint in Wazzani, which is affiliated with the Lebanese army.”

Additionally, the Public Health Emergency Operations Center, affiliated with the Ministry of Public Health, provided an update on the Israeli attack yesterday on Ain al-Dilb, east of Sidon, stating that the death toll has risen to 45, with 70 injured.

The Public Health Emergency Operations Center also provided the casualty count from the Israeli enemy’s airstrikes last night on Hermel, which resulted in 12 dead and 20 injured. The Public Health Emergency Operations Center issued a statement, once again condemning the Israeli targeting of rescue teams. An Israeli air raid on a Civil Defense center, affiliated with the Islamic Health Organization, led to the killing of six paramedics and the injury of four others.
