A number of foreign and Arab countries have called on their citizens to immediately leave Lebanese territory amid rising tensions between Hezbollah and the Israeli army, with an anticipated response from Tel Aviv.
On Monday afternoon, Royal Jordanian Airlines announced operating three flights on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday to transport Jordanian passengers wishing to return from Beirut to Amman.
In this context, the Japanese Foreign Ministry urged its citizens in Lebanon to leave. Additionally, the Chinese Embassy in Lebanon called on Chinese citizens to exercise caution when traveling to Lebanon. The Indonesian Foreign Ministry demanded that Indonesians leave Lebanon immediately and refrain from traveling to Beirut, Iran and Israel amid escalating tensions in the Middle East.
Furthermore, Turkey called on its citizens to leave Lebanon.
