South Lebanon: Artillery Shelling on Tuesday Morning
The cross-border exchange between Hezbollah and Israel is still ongoing on Tuesday.

At dawn, more than 15 artillery shells fell on the outskirts of Aishiya and Kfar Remen.

The Israeli artillery also targeted Al Mahmoudiyeh in the Jezzine area in the early hours of the morning.

Civil defense teams from the Islamic Health Authority, the Fire Brigade of the Union of Bint Jbeil Municipalities, and the Lebanese Civil Defense managed to extinguish the fires that broke out in the town of Maroun al-Ras as a result of Israeli airstrikes that had targeted the town on Monday. For its part, Hezbollah announced the death of one of its fighters named Ali Hussein Wizani from the town of Shaqra in southern Lebanon who died during that raid.

The fire brigade also worked to extinguish fires resulting from Israeli attacks in the towns of Hanin, Aita al-Shaab, Shaqra, and Rmeish.
