Is Ersal Paving the Way for the Return of the Syrian Migrants?

This is Beirut takes you to the camps of Ersal, a village north-east of Baalbeck-Hermel, where voluntary return convoys, comprising 330 Syrian migrants according to the municipality, were organized last Tuesday.
These migrants had registered with General Security centers to facilitate their return home.
