A large fire broke out on Friday evening in a plastic warehouse near Sports City in Beirut. Firefighters and Civil Defense vehicles rushed to the scene to extinguish it.
Civil Defense chief, Gen. Raymond Khattar, informed LBCI that the fire had been controlled, “and our teams are currently conducting cooling operations.” No injuries have been recorded.
