- Southern Front: Israeli Leaflets Dropped Over Wazzani
The precarious calm that prevailed on Sunday night until Monday morning was marked by the dropping of Israeli leaflets over the area of Wazzani.
The leaflets read, "Hezbollah is endangering your lives and those of your families." In a warning addressed to the inhabitants of the South, the Israelis declared, "Hezbollah facilitates the entry of its fighters into your residential areas where arms depots have been set up."
Additionally, flares were fired over Tyre and the coastal area, while reconnaissance aircraft flew overhead. Israeli warplanes also raided a house in Jebbayn, and Tallet Hamames came under artillery bombing.
For its part, Hezbollah said it had launched four drones in the direction of the Jal al-Alam position. It also announced the death of one of its combatants, who had succumbed to wounds he sustained earlier.
