French envoy Jean-Yves Le Drian's visit to Lebanon will not take place before the Quintet's foreign ministers meet in Riyadh to draw up a roadmap to resolve the Lebanese crisis and facilitate the election of a president, according to information obtained by This Is Beirut.
"No meeting will take place until an agreement has been reached on a ceasefire in Gaza, since this decision has an impact on the situation in southern Lebanon," informed sources have claimed.
