The collective of artists known as Artists of Beirut, in collaboration with the Artists of Beirut Boutique, is commemorating the theme of love. The celebration of Valentine's Day will take place from February 8 to February 22 at NEO Beirut.
"Love Stories," the thematic exhibition and collective art event, is poised to showcase approximately twelve paintings alongside a curated selection of limited edition artistic gifts crafted from material textiles. Additionally, a series of art and food celebration menus will be specially prepared for this occasion.
The participating artists include: Caline Farah, Mycal El Khoury, Karin Hantes, Nada Karam, Lama Mansour, Nevine Mattar, Sarah Saba, and Janine Weber-El Meouchy.
The Artists of Beirut initiative was inaugurated by Carole Ayoub and Yara Jahchan in June 2020. This initiative stands as a socially responsible endeavor, designed with the goal of enhancing Lebanon’s creative economy. It aims to elevate and nurture the creative talents of Lebanese women artists and artisans, while concurrently supporting efforts towards the restoration and preservation of Beirut’s cultural heritage.
