Southern Front Exchanges Resume
The fragile calm that prevailed on the southern front on Saturday morning was repeatedly interrupted throughout the day by artillery exchanges between Hezbollah and Israel, intensifying in the early evening.

Israeli forces bombarded the villages of Hula, Kaakour, Hebbariyeh, Rachaya al-Foukhar, Kfar Hamam, Blida, and Naqoura, as well as the outskirts of Majdel Zoun, Chihine, and Zebqine on Saturday. Raids were also conducted on Jabal Blat, Dhayra, Aita al-Shaab, Tayr Harfa, and the outskirts of Naqoura.

Israel launched illuminating rockets on the central and western sectors, as well as on Mtalleh, while Israeli reconnaissance planes flew over the central and western sectors, reaching the outskirts of the city of Tyre.

In this context, the Arabic-speaking spokesperson for the Israeli army, Avichay Adrae, announced on Israeli social media that Israel has intensified the training of reservists deployed along the Lebanese border to enhance their capabilities and readiness in case of war.

On the other hand, Hezbollah announced targeting an assembly of Israeli soldiers in the vicinity of Jal al-Alam with Burkan-type missiles, and another one south of the Al-Abad position, the Doviv and Zebdine barracks, as well as the Khirbet Maer base. In the evening, the pro-Iranian party announced targeting Israeli surveillance equipment in the maritime base.

On the other hand, in response to a message circulating on social networks, according to which the Israeli Army had called on the inhabitants of Bazouriyeh to leave their homes before it bombed the village, State Security claimed that this was a “fabricated” message. In a statement, it was explained that it was a “prank played by a 13-year-old boy on his maternal aunt.” According to the document, the young man in question, identified by his initials A. Z., “recorded the message using the voice changer application.” “He used his father’s phone to send the message to his aunt, who in turn sent it to her friends,” reads the text.

The child was arrested as per the instructions of the relevant judicial authorities.
