- Southern Front: Clashes Continue
The cross-border exchange of artillery fire between Hezbollah and Israel continued intermittently until late in the evening on Monday.
After a relatively quiet afternoon, Israeli bombardment resumed in earnest, with the Hebrew state targeting Jabal Blat, the outskirts of Naqoura, Aita al-Shaab and Alma al-Shaab. In the evening, an interceptor missile exploded over Srifa and Ghandouriyeh. An Israeli spy balloon flew over Dhayra.
In the morning, the Israeli army had bombed Tallet Hamames in Sarda and the Marjayoun plain, as well as the outskirts of Dhayra, Jebbine, Tayr Harfa, Aita al-Shaab, Hounin, Chihine, Odaisseh and Rab el-Thalathine, causing a fire in a house.
Hezbollah announced that it targeted a gathering of Israeli soldiers near the Mitat barracks and another near Hanita. The pro-Iranian party also claimed to have targeted the sites of Birkat Risha, Metula, Malkiya and al-Sammaqa.
