- Warnings from Netanyahu Delivered to Hezbollah

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu made cautionary statements aimed at Hezbollah, on Saturday, December 2, warning them that Lebanon would be destroyed if they initiated a large-scale war against Israel. These warnings were reiterated before the recent ceasefire with Hamas.
“We are acting in the north all the time against all efforts by Hezbollah to operate against us. We are eliminating terror cells, pushing them away from the border, destroying munitions. We will continue with strong deterrence in the north and total victory in the south,” says Netanyahu.
“We will restore security to the north and the south. If Hezbollah makes a mistake and enters into a broad war, it will have destroyed Lebanon with its own hands,” he warns.
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu also reiterated that the war against Hamas in the Gaza Strip would continue "until we achieve all its aims," including returning all Israeli hostages and eliminating the Islamist movement.In his first press conference since the expiry on Friday of a seven-day pause in the fighting with Hamas, he said: "Our soldiers prepared during the days of truce for total victory against Hamas."Khalil Wakim
