The exchange of artillery fire between Hezbollah and Israel resumed on Monday morning, with the pro-Iranian group announcing that it had carried out several operations in Israel.
Hezbollah claimed responsibility for a series of operations, targeting the Roueissat el-Alam site in Kfrachouba and the Shebaa Farms “with appropriate weapons,” whereas Israeli artillery retaliated in Kfarchouba. Hezbollah also took credit for the attack on the soldiers in Shtula, “who were slightly wounded: according to the Israeli army. Moreover, the pro-Iranian group reported bombing Al-Baghdadi’s position in Israel.
Earlier, two shells fell on Hamamis and another on Labbouneh, and phosphorus bombs were fired on the area between Odaisseh and Kfar Kila. The Israeli air force carried out reconnaissance flights at low altitude over the western and central sectors above Naqoura, Alma al-Shaab, Marouahine, Dhayra, Aita al-Shaab, Rmeish and Yaroun.
On the Israeli side, the media reported the launch of an anti-tank missile over the Mesgaf area in Upper Galilee, indicating that “the Israeli army retaliated.”

Additionally, an Israeli reconnaissance plane flew at low altitude over the Rachaya region and the western heights of Mount Hermon as far as Deir el-Achaer on the Lebanese-Syrian border. Moreover, an Israeli army position in Yiftah came under artillery fire from southern Lebanon. The Israeli army retaliated by shelling the source of the fire.
Sunday night was marked by violent exchanges of artillery fire between Hezbollah and Israel. Shortly after midnight, incendiary shells fell on Al-Raheb forest, the western side of Aita al-Shaab.
