Rai: The Lebanese State is Disintegrating

The Maronite Patriarch Bechara Boutros Al-Rai said that “Lebanon as a State is disintegrating because of the stubbornness of certain politicians and their personal interests.” During his homily on Sunday, he stressed that the process of electing the President of the Republic “is very easy if Parliament follows the path that leads to it, namely the application of the Constitution.”
