This is not the retirement they hoped for. After 28 years of loyal service in the Internal Security Forces (ISF), Imad Awada finds himself with a meager pension. Since the start of the crisis in 2019, he tirelessly advocates alongside former ISF agents and members of the military to, among other things, obtain a pension increase. Among them is a taxi driver who prefers to remain anonymous. Like him, many of them take up new jobs after retirement to make ends meet.
